Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a compound naturally found in many fruits and vegetables - particularly citrus fruits. It is included on the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines.
Vitamin C has several roles within the human body. Vitamin C plays a role in normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage and skin. It can support the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

In addition, the compound has been found to contribute to the normal energy-yielding metabolism, and support the function of the nervous system. Vitamin C also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.


MSM
MSM is the abbreviation for Methyl-sulphonyl-methane, a chemical found in green plants, animals and humans. MSM is a natural source of Sulphur, the fourth most abundant mineral in the body. Sulphur naturally occurs in foods such as seafood, eggs, beef, walnuts, milk and garlic.


Chondroitin
Chondroitin is a complex sugar produced from cartilage. Chondroitin is a sulphated form of glycosaminoglycan, and as mentioned within MSM.

Glucosamine

Glucosamine is a natural chemical that can be found in the body. Glucosamine is also made from the exoskeleton of fish. Supplements containing Glucosamine are often combined with MSM and Chondroitin.
