The Green Coffee Bean in our tablets has been extracted from Coffea arabica, a plant that is native to Ethiopia. The Coffea plant grows in optimal conditions of dense evergreen forests as the plant only grows to a maximum height of 5m. The Green Coffee Bean differs to the normal brown bean as the green beans are immature and unroasted, therefore less processed. Coffee is commonly known for its use in beverages and as a food source, initially in the African continent. As Coffee travelled around the world, we discovered its health benefits.

Green Coffee Beans contain a natural compound called chlorogenic acid which is responsible for many health properties. When roasted, coffee beans lose this chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid is a phenolic acid, a natural biological compound found in plants with antioxidative properties.
